Steamy August – A note from Bree

Hey you, last time I posted here I was rather unwell. Let me share a sincere thanks to all who passed on well-wishes. I’m feeling slightly better, so I’m optimistic things are looking up. I went for a walk today and it was a truly stunning day. It was the type of day I’d want to share with everyone I know; be really annoying and grab their hand as I point to the sky, exclaiming,

‘Look! The world is beautiful and we are alive!’

To celebrate the end of Summer (for most of you) and the beginning of warming days for me, I thought I’d turn up the poetic heat. I understand not everyone will enjoy what is to come, so I won’t be offended if you step away until September. However, I’m hoping you’ll have a laugh with me at the things I’ve come up with.

I’ll be reposting some of my old steamy poems along with a few new ones. I wonder if you can guess my favourite šŸ¤«šŸ˜

By publishing this type of poetry I’m not eliciting an invitation for sexual exchanges; it’s simply creative writing šŸ¦Š I have plenty of dark, depressing pieces in my poetry vault which I’ll publish another time, but for now… look, the world is beautiful and we are alive!
