catering to all the dietary needs
everyone belongs

Space to spread out and relax
feet pounding up (and down) the stairs
no need to hush

A drink in hand
surrounded by extended family
bless this house

I wrote this simple piece after hosting the first lunch in my new home (yes, I recently moved). After everyone left, I took a few moments to reflect on the joy and peace I felt. This is not my finest writing, but it is true and dear reader… I share it with you.
