It rained today.
Unusual for this time of year, but not unwelcome.
I remembered a conversation I had, encouragement received and the resolve in my heart.
So I embraced my child-like side amongst the raindrops, trying to recapture the romance I once infused into those moments.
The smell of possibility, the connectedness to the earth and the joy overflowing in my heart.
As the cold tickled its way up my legs, I reflected in the few minutes I knew I had left…
Yes, it’s good for adults play in the rain every once in a while.
