Damn. What the hell was I even thinking when I wrote this π I’ll need to write one that leaves the Knight where he is so he can enjoy his dragon slaying in peace.
it’s a bit tricky, I know, but a tightly constructed sentence with an image can be a haiku; but this is a liberal interpretation; purists might disagree π
Do you know the structure of a haiku? If not, it’s a three lines poem. 5 syllable, 7 syllables and then 5 again. The best haikus can be said in one breath and should stir up an emotion in the reader. A lot of them focus on nature or emotions. I am very much starting out so I would honestly look them up online if I were you π Warning, they are addictive, I find myself writing them all the time.
It is in my book

Aren’t Knights hardwired to fight dragons? What would they do if there are no dragons?

Then it destroys the purpose of showing the Knight a world without dragons. ππππ€£

I just wasn’t sure if it read more like a sentence and less like a haiku. Thanks John.
