Damn. What the hell was I even thinking when I wrote this 😜 I’ll need to write one that leaves the Knight where he is so he can enjoy his dragon slaying in peace.
it’s a bit tricky, I know, but a tightly constructed sentence with an image can be a haiku; but this is a liberal interpretation; purists might disagree 🙂
Do you know the structure of a haiku? If not, it’s a three lines poem. 5 syllable, 7 syllables and then 5 again. The best haikus can be said in one breath and should stir up an emotion in the reader. A lot of them focus on nature or emotions. I am very much starting out so I would honestly look them up online if I were you 🙂 Warning, they are addictive, I find myself writing them all the time.
It is in my book

Aren’t Knights hardwired to fight dragons? What would they do if there are no dragons?
Just asking.🤣🤣

Then it destroys the purpose of showing the Knight a world without dragons. 😛😂😝🤣

I just wasn’t sure if it read more like a sentence and less like a haiku. Thanks John.
